Founded in 2000 by Pietro Paolo Danza, Foggia's athletic trainer and a key figure in the sport, the Virtus association was born with a clear goal: to improve the lives of people in the city of Foggia. His grandfather Pietro Paolo, who had the honor of carrying the flag at the Olympics, created a space dedicated to the growth and well-being of the community, reflecting his passion for sport and his commitment to excellence and culture.

His memory is proudly celebrated in the heart of the city, in Vico Corridoio, where he is honored among Foggia's key figures. The association continues to keep Pietro Paolo's vision and passion alive, expanding its offerings with specialized courses in scuba diving, postural gymnastics, and neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation. Our goal is to offer personalized, high-quality services through our cultural center, which is a hub for community initiatives such as a book club, the promotion of local traditions, meditative trekking, and environmental sustainability projects.

Today, the Virtus association represents not only a tradition of excellence, but also a benchmark for the well-being and health of our community.
